Return Policy
Any damage or return items must be reported within 3 days of receiving package. We do not issue call tags. You have 7 days after receiving your package to return any merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for non-damaged returned items.
Restocked/Non-damaged items: No shipping cost refund. (A 25% restocking fee may occur with certain returned orders).
Damaged items. You will get 100% refunded excluding shipping. Merchandise must be sent back via United States Postal Service (USPS) regular mail.
Refunds are issued as a shop credit, or you may request a refund back to your credit card. It usually takes around 7-10 business days from the day we receive your package for your return to be processed.
